CHALLENGE LENGTH: 6 Weeks

"Scan-In" Dates & Times:
(All Challengers will be required to book a 20 minute appointment during
one of the following slots to get their initial body scan done, and briefly meet
with the Program Director & Nutritionist)
Friday, March 8th between 4-7pm
Sunday, March 10th between 8am-11am
Workouts & Diet Plan
All Challengers will be given a customized workout out class plan to follow, as well as a customized Diet Plan with recipes and printable weekly grocery shopping lists. Each Challenger gets their own sign-in to the Diet Plan website or app, which will have their customized plan stored. Foods and recipes can be swapped out for other foods with similar nutrition values. We have a Certified Nutrionist who will be available to answer questions and help during the challenge.
Challengers must be on the Unlimited Membership Plan during the duration of the Challenge (March & April). We have reduced our Unlimited Membership Plan for Challenge Participants from $225/mo to $169/mo. (Current Take Flight Membership members can continue on their current membership plan).
All Challengers must also participate in the Nutrition Plan. The cost of the plan is $30/month. The plan gives you access to a customized meal plan designed to help you meet your goal, and gives you access to our Nutritionist who will be available to work with you to give you guidance and make any necessary adjustments.
Challengers who meet their "Lose-It" or "Build-It" goal, will receive up to 35% off the following month's Aerofly Fitness membership plan. In addition, Challengers will stay on the reduced cost membership plan for as long as they keep their plan.
