AERIAL HAMMOCKS & SILKS

We have created several classes that focus on different goals, from building strength and toning your muscles, to increasing your flexibility and getting the most amazing stretches you have ever felt! Aerial utilizes several muscle groups at the same time for every pose, making it a great addition to your workout routine. Not to mention the spinal traction poses...it really is the Ultimate Inversion Tool! Try a class and you will be hooked!

BEGINNING AERIAL

Learn the fundamentals to feel safe while using the yoga trapeze. This class is REQUIRED prior to taking any other Aerial classes at Aerofly.

STRENGTH & TONE

Increase your strength and toning with this Aerial workout. Offers a full body workout, from your arms to legs to core utilizing the hammock to work multiple parts of the body at the same time. *Must take Beginning Aerial prior to taking this class.

STRETCH & FLEX

Increase your flexibility and get the most amazing deep stretches using the yoga trapeze. *Must take Beginning Aerial prior to taking this class.

PILATES

Discover the best of both worlds! In this class we combine Pilates movements with our Aerial Yoga Trapeze for an amazing workout focusing on a full body workout to increase core strength and toning.

AERIAL SILKS

This class uses our Aerial Silk Hammocks. The silks are a little more challenging than the Trapeze Hammocks. You will learn some flips & tricks, all while building strength.

INTERMEDIATE SILKS

This class uses our Aerial Silk Hammocks and focusing on learning flows that include many flips. This class will test your strength & grip.

AEROBUNGEE

BEGINNING BUNGEE

Learn the basics of the Bungee and get acclimated to the bungee feel and basic movements. This class is REQUIRED prior to taking any other Bungee classes at Aerofly.

BUNGEE FLIGHT

Bungee Flight is for those who love a fun way to get a good cardio workout! Classes are choreographed routines using the Bungee & Harness. Classes offer a variety of music and dance styles and will get your heart rate up, all while having tons of fun! *Must take Beginning Bungee prior to taking this class.

BUNGEE FIT

Bungee Fit is an amazingly fun & intense cardio and strength building workout. Non-stop movements incorporating free weights and resistance bands, gets your heart rate up and builds stamina, endurance and overall strength. *Must take Beginning Bungee prior to taking this class. 

BUNGEE MIX

Bungee Mix combines our Bungee Flight and Bungee Fit into one non-stop, heart pumping, muscle building, fun, full body workout. The first 30 minutes is a bungee routine to get that cardio in, and the last 30 minutes is focused on increasing your strength with free weights, resistance bands and of course the bungee. This class will get your heart rate up and builds stamina, endurance and overall strength. *Must take Beginning Bungee prior to taking this class.

BUNGEE CARDIO BLAST

Are you ready for a high energy, non-stop, cardio blast? If so, this is the class for you! 30 minutes of HIIT style bungee! ** Must take Beginning Bungee prior to taking this class. 

CIRCUIT

Get a full body workout that keeps you moving! This fast paced class keeps you moving from station to station. Circuit includes Bungee, TRX, Free Weights, Resistance Bands, Bosu balls, Medicine Balls, Stability Balls and more!. **Beginning Bungee is required prior to taking this class.

GROUNDED CLASSES

TRX

TRX is a total-body workout that activates all your muscles at once to build strength, mobility and endurance. No matter what your fitness level is, TRX is one of the most effective and versatile workout system to deliver fast and sustainable results.

STRENGTH & TONE 
BANDS

This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance bands to improve your endurance and help you build strength. The resistance band allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout-- meaning a full body challenge! Perfect for all levels.

POWER BALL

Power Ball is a full body strength workout with stability balls that is no joke! Work your core, arms, and legs in this 45 minute high intensity workout. 

RHYTHM & GROOVE

Find your groove with our Rhythm & Groove class. This exciting class features moves found in other popular dance classes. This fun class will teach you some great moves while breakin' a sweat and have you smiling as you melt away calories and fat. 

CARDIO BEATS

Cardio Beats brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do. Using the exercise ball and the floor as your drum, and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won't want to stop.

AEROKIDS ZONE

AEROKIDS BUNGEE

AeroBungee Kids is  designed for kids 8 years and up. Each class, kids learn a fun new bungee routine choreographed to music. 

Perfect for kids who have always wanted to FLY! (Minimum class size of 4 required)

AEROKIDS YOGA TRAPEZE

AeroKids Aerial is designed for kids 8 years and up. Each class, kids learn a fun new moves on the yoga trapeze.

Perfect for kids who want to enhance their flexibility and core for sports, or for those who just like to have FUN! (Minimum class size of 4 required)

PRIVATE PARTY PACKAGES
 

2 Hour Event - $300

Includes 60 minutes of time in either the Bungee Studio or Aerial Yoga Trapeze Studio, (Please note maximum participants for the Bungee is 11 total and for the Aerial Yoga Trapeze is 15) and 60 minutes for social time, cake/ice cream, presents, etc. 

2.5 Hour Event - $400

Includes 1 hour in the Bungee Studio, 45 minutes in the Aerial Yoga Trapeze Studio and 45 minutes for social time, cake/ice cream, presents, etc. (Please note maximum participants for the Bungee is 11 total and for the Aerial Yoga Trapeze is 15. The same guests shall participate in both classes. You may not have 11 guests do the Bungee Class and a different 15 guests do the Aerial Yoga Class.)

Participants must be over 8 years of age and all minors MUST have a Minor Release of Liability Form signed by a Parent/Legal Guardian prior to participating in activities. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The Fine Print: 4 Week Memberships auto-renew every 4 weeks. 4 week plans may be cancelled with 48 hour written notice PRIOR to next 4 week auto renewal. Memberships are not refundable. Unused 3-D Body Scans and Guest Passes do not roll over to following month or accumulate.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Yes & No. Our equipment for our Bungee & Aerial Classes is safely designed to hold 250 lbs. All participants for Bungee & Aerial MUST weigh less than 250 lbs. However, we have several "Grounded" Classes that do not have any weight limits.  

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Bungee Classes:

Must wear athletic shoes. Wear long athletic pants and the more padding the better!

Aerial Classes: 

Yoga socks recommended. Tight fitting workout pants/capris & a fitted shirt (we go upside down, so a fitted shirt is important!)

Grounded Classes

Normal athletic attire.

MEDICAL

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Any Abdominal surgery in past 6 months

  • Pregnancy

  • Glaucoma

  • Heart Disease

  • Very High or Very Low Blood Pressure

  • Easy Onset Vertigo

  • Head Cold, Flu, or Sinusitis

  • Hiatal Hernia or Disc Herniation

  • Recent Stroke

  • Botox (within 24 hours of class)

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All classes must be booked/registered for via our online booking app. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so via our booking software at least 4 hours prior to class start time. We have a limited amount of space & often have waitlists. Any cancellations within 4 hours of your class will not be eligible for a refund nor rescheduling. If you are on a membership plan, a class will be deducted from your plan, and/or your credit card on file will be charged $15 for late cancellation.
